►►UNUSUAL CASES

Some of our deals are not as straight forward as just buying a truck, trialer or light commercial. Below are some examples of the more 'unusual' finance deals we have transacted in the past few months.

Money for operating centre improvements.
Customer wished to spend a considerable amount on resurfacing his yard, security fencing & workshop refurbishment. We arranged to re-finance 2 Volvo tippers that were coming to the end of a leasing deal. We saved the customer a considerable amount on secondary rental charges and got him the money he wanted.

Money For New Engine
By doing a sale and leaseback on a Scania we were able to raise money for our customer to purchase a brand new engine from Scania. with sufficient to cover fitting costs.

Sick of paying secondary rentals
We arranged for the customers leasing company to invoice another lender, which had the effect of saving on secondary rental costs and raising capital at the same time.

New crane but old lorry
Operator was struggling trying to find a lender willing to finance a new crane to be fitted to his 1997 Volvo FL7. By structuring the deal in the correct way we we got ourselves yet another satisfied customer.

Money to fund end of contract vehicle

Our customer had the opportunity to purchase a Daf that was coming to the end of contract hire agreement. We found him the money..

Money to fit a new third axle
A sale and leaseback deal on the operators ERF was sufficient to cover conversion costs.

Home for a repossession
One of our regular customers was hunting for a Scania R124.420 Topliner. We found him a repossession, at the right money and did a low deposit finance lease.
